Kicks:

One-step Sparring:

  1. Down block and punch.

  3. High block and punch.

Poomse:

In horse-riding stance, in place:

  1. Down block (Ah rahe Mahk) x 2.
  2. Side block (Mom Tong Mahki) x 2.
  3. High block (Ul Gool Mahki) x 2.
  4. Double punch (Tae Kwon); Triple punch (Tae Kwon Do).

Fitness:

Push-up x 5; Sit-up x 5

Korean Terminology:

  1. Tae Kwon (2 punches).
  2. Tae Kwon Do (3 punches).
  3. Attention (Cha-Riot).
  4. Bow (Kyung-Nae).
