  1. Inside side block (Maum Tong An Mahki) and punch (Maum Tong Chi Ru Gi);
  2. High block (Ul Gool Mahki) and punch (Manu Tong Chi Ru Gi).

Kicks:
1. Roundhouse kick and tornado roundhouse kick.

One-step Sparring:

From ready stance, opponent punches with the right hand:

  1. Right leg steps to the side, left hand outside side block, right hand high punch.
  2. Left leg steps to the side, right hand outside side block, left hand middle punch.
  3. Left leg steps to the side, right hand outside side block, right leg roundhouse kick to opponent’s middle section.

Poomse

Kibon Poomse steps 1-8:

Fitness:
Push-up x 15; sit-up x 15.

Focus:
Eye; body; mind.

Korean Terminology:
1. Master (Sa Bum Nim).

  1. Instructor (Kyo Sa Nim).
  2. Grand Master (Kwan Jang Nim).

Board Breaking Technique:
Flying side kick.
