         1. Tornado roundhouse kick

One-step Sparring:

From ready stance:

  1. Single knife hand block, grab attacker’s arm, and roundhouse kick.
  2. Single knife hand block, grab attacker’s arm, and roundhouse kick to attacker’s front leg for takedown. 3. Single knife hand block, middle punch, sweep attacker’s front leg for takedown, and punch.

Poomse

In horse-riding stance while in place:

  1. Single knife hand block (Han Saun Nal Mahki) x 2.
  2. Double knife hand block (Yang Saun Nal Mahki) x 2.
  3. Crossed low block (Oakaro Ah Rae) + Crossed high block (Oakaro Ul Gool).
  4. Double punch (Tae Kwon) + Triple punch (Tae Kwon Do).

Fitness:
Push-up x 10; sit-up x 10.

Focus:
Eye; body; mind.
