  2. Inside side block (Maum Tong Mahki) and spin back-fist strike (Dwi Dora Dun Ju Mok).

Kicks:
1. Back kick.

One-step Sparring:

From ready stance, opponent does a bear hug grab:

  1. Grab hair and jaw, head twist.
  2. Finger jab to opponent ribs, and knee strike to groin.
  3. Grab hair and jaw, head twist, sweep opponents leg for take down.
