One-step Sparring:

From ready stance, opponent grabs defender’s collar:

  1. Wrap opponents arms and single outside knife hand strike to the neck.
  2. Grab both opponent’s wrists and turn to twist opponent’s arms.
  3. Bring hands up together between opponent’s arms, and wrap opponent’s arms, and head butt.
