Basics: Basic Combinations 1~3

  1. One step forward front leg ax kick, back leg front kick front kick and back kick

 

  1. Front hand single knife hand block, right upper elbow strike, back front kick and left leg high roundhouse kick

 

  1. Front leg skipping side kick, back leg front kick, jumping front kick and double punch (right, left)

Kicks:

1-Flying side kick.

Self defense:

1~3

Free sparing

Head kick allowed in a controlled manner

Board breaking:

1-One hand technique (no hammer fist strike or elbow strike);

2-Jump 360 ˚ back kick.
