Basics:  Basic Combinations 1~3

  1. Left hand scissors block, right front kick, step forward+ crossed stance+ double upper punch and step back crossed low block in front stance.
  2. Right hand high block+ left hand punch simultaneously, right assisted elbow strike, back leg low round house kick and back kick.
  3. Double punch (starting with front hand), back leg roundhouse kick, tornado roundhouse kick and spinning hook kick.

 Kicks:

Jump 360 ˚ spinning hook kick.

Head kicks allowed in a controlled manner.
